Session, Fees, and Insurance Information

Session Information

I typically meet with clients once per week. There may be cases where it is helpful to meet more than once a week, and this can be discussed during our first session. We also reassess client needs throughout the course of working together.

Session Rates

$200 per hour

I am an out-of-network provider, and do not take insurance. However, I will gladly provide you with a Superbill (billing statement) for you to submit to your insurance if your insurance reimburses for any out-of-network services. Usually with PPO plans, companies will reimburse a portion of the fees. Though HMO plans typically do not cover out-of-network service providers, there may be situations in which they do. To find out what your insurance covers and requires for mental health services reimbursement, I recommend you call their customer service line. It is helpful to ask about what your mental health benefits are, how much they cover for each therapy session, the amount of therapy sessions the plan covers, how much does your insurance pay for out-of-network providers, and if they require approval from your primary care physician.

I collect payment at the time of each session, and clients must have a current credit card on file.
